Terms of Service
In short: SEO AI is a Chrome extension that compares your writing against the pages already ranking on Google and tells you which topics you have not covered. Subscriptions are sold by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record. You can cancel at any time, and there is a 14-day money-back guarantee.
1. Who you are dealing with
SEO AI ("the Service") is operated by Syed Muhammad Raza Shah, an individual sole trader based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at [email protected].
We trade in our own name rather than through a registered company. These terms form a contract between you and us as an individual.
2. Who sells you the subscription
Paid subscriptions are sold and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates, who act as the merchant of record for every purchase. This means:
- Your purchase contract for the subscription is with Paddle, not with us.
- Paddle appears on your bank or card statement.
- Paddle calculates, collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax.
- Paddle issues your invoices and handles payment disputes and chargebacks.
- Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms.
These terms govern your use of the software. Where the two conflict on a billing matter, Paddle's Buyer Terms govern that transaction.
3. Your licence to use SEO AI
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for as long as you comply with these terms. We retain all intellectual property rights in the extension, this website and the backend service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to systematically copy, scrape or republish other people's content.
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits or billing.
- Resell, sublicense, or expose the Service as your own API or product.
- Use the Service to process content you do not have the right to access.
- Reverse engineer the Service, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
The extension reads pages from your own browser, using your own access. You are responsible for ensuring you are entitled to access the pages you analyse, and for complying with the terms of any site you use it on.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
- The free plan includes 10 analyses per month and 3 competitors per analysis. No payment details are required.
- Paid plans are Starter ($9/month or $89/year), Professional ($18/month or $179/year) and Agency ($29/month or $289/year), priced in US dollars.
- Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of analyses (200, 500 and 1,000 respectively). The allowance resets every month on your subscription date, including on annual plans.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal inside the extension.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Reaching your monthly allowance blocks new analyses until it resets or you upgrade. An analysis already running is always allowed to finish.
- If a payment fails, paid features remain available for a 3-day grace period while you update your card.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans, and pro-rata refunds on annual plans within 30 days. See our refund policy for the full terms and how to request one.
7. What the Service does and does not promise
Analysis output is generated by a large language model and is offered as a research aid. It is not professional advice, and no search ranking outcome is promised or implied. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you publish it.
The Service depends on third-party providers and on the accessibility of the pages you select. Some pages cannot be read — paywalls, bot protection and JavaScript-only rendering all prevent extraction. The Service tells you when this happens rather than guessing.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused prepaid period.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you provide. We claim no licence over it beyond what is needed to produce your analysis, and we do not retain it after the request completes. See the privacy policy.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of section 4, and will refund any unused prepaid period unless the breach involved fraud or abuse.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the extension's release notes and reflected in the date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, whose courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your own country.
